Who are IVY NEOS GLOBAL and GENCES Group?
A Cyprus-based group active in Cyprus construction since 2009. EU and international development is run by the IVY NEOS companies in the Republic of Cyprus; construction and aluminium manufacturing in North Cyprus by the GENCES companies.

SketchUp (.skp), AutoCAD (.dwg/.dxf), Revit (.rvt/.rfa) and IFC, Lumion, Planner 5D, Home Designer / Chief Architect, LogiKal (XML/CSV/PDF), PDF, images, video and GLB/OBJ/FBX/STL/DAE. DXF, IFC, GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, DAE, PDF, images, video and CSV preview in the browser; SKP, DWG and RVT are reviewed by the team.
Are there alternatives to cash payment?
Yes: land-for-construction, apartment-for-construction and, after appraisal, vehicle as part-payment can be considered.
